This section focuses on email campaigns that I created for Flowers By Pouparina.
IN THE FIRST EMAIL SERIES:
(Potential clients would be on an email list by interacting with the chatbot on the main website
or if they had requested a consultation.)
The 1st email is a welcome introduction. It is meant to be friendly, provide a platform for clients to contact us, learn more about us, and links get to know our products.
The 2nd email's purpose is to differentiate types of brides. There are options for packages and DIY weddings. Links are included to one-on-one and group DIY classes, classic packages and customizable packages.
The 3rd is offering an ebook. At this point, if we haven't captured their full attention, this will. The ebook is an extensive informational guide that directs the potential client through the process of choosing wedding flowers while providing links to Flowers By Pouparina products.
IN THE SECOND EMAIL SERIES:
(In this series, we would have their email because they expressed interest at a wedding show.)
The 1st email is an introduction. It shows what the company offers and provides a link for a free consultation.
The 2nd email is an introduction to the color scheme blog which will funnel them to Pouparina products.
